1. Keep learning- develop your skills..leaders are learners.
“If we are leaders we should do our best!” Rom 12:8

2. Be Enthusiastic –Stay close to God, take care of family, know your Role and serve your Pastor’s philosophy of ministry, manage, build your team and engage your crowd.  Work well with other departments, build and manage your team.  “So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.” 1 Cor 15:58
Here is a good example of a philosophy of ministry
As your pastor, I want to encourage you to feel free to listen to people’s suggestions, but focus on pleasing the Lord in the manner that we, as a church and elders, have chosen to affirm, stylistically and culturally. Refer any concerns to me or the elders. We trust you, and we have your back. Pastor Ed Stetzer

3. Be Loyal-“Remember your leaders and superiors in authority [for it was they] who brought to you the Word of God. …. Be loyal to your leaders and, above all, to Christ.” Hebrews 13:7
